RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with any of the products you have brought from RIPT Clothing you may return unused and unworn goods, along with all original packaging and labels, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

RETURNS EXCLUSIONS

The following goods may not be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty:

  • Any worn items.
  • Any other items of clothing that are not in their original packaging with labels attached.

We do not cover return postage costs, unless, an error has been made from our behalf. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Parcelforce for larger items and Royal Mail for smaller items). We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit without proof of postage. Once we have received your item(s) please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your return. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, please allow up to 3-5 working days for this to appear in your bank. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The buyer is responsible for the return of the goods and cost of return postage, and in case of an exchange, the re-delivery costs.

 

FAULTY GOODS

For purchases under 30 days from the date of receipt We will exchange the faulty item at our expense. On returning the item please include proof of return cost so that we can reimburse this charge.

For purchases over 30 days from the date of receipt but less than 12 months old, please send back the faulty item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number or actual date of purchase and your daytime contact telephone number. Once received we will inspect the item and repair, replace, offer a like for like replacement or return the item if we feel there has been no manufacturing fault. Any items over that period have been purchased outside of our 12 month policy cannot be accepted.

On returning the item please include proof of return cost so that if the item is found to be faulty, we can reimburse this charge.
