Pumpkin Protein Shake Recipe!
It's Halloween soon, so it's time to prepare a spooky movie session of Hocus Pocus, turn on the chimney and prepare yourself a delicious Pumpkin and cinnamon shake!
All you need is:
- 1 frozen banana
- 2/3 pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of protein
- sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey...)
- 1/4 ground cinnamon
- ice cubes
Mix all ingredients together and blend, blend, blend!
