Pumpkin Protein Shake Recipe!


 



It's Halloween soon, so it's time to prepare a spooky movie session of Hocus Pocus, turn on the chimney and prepare yourself a delicious Pumpkin and cinnamon shake! 

All you need is: 

 

  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 2/3 pumpkin puree (canned or fresh) 
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of protein
  • sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey...)
  • 1/4 ground cinnamon 
  • ice cubes 

 

Mix all ingredients together and blend, blend, blend!
