PROTEIN CHEESECAKE RECIPE
- WHEY PROTEIN 1 OR 2 SCOOPS OR 50 GRAMS (CHEESECAKE FLAVOUR OR VANILLA)
- FAT FREE CREAM CHEESE 12 OUNCES 340 grams
- FAT FREE GREEK YOGURT 1 HEAPING CUP
- LARGE WHOLE EGGS 2
- 1% MILK ¼ CUP
- STEVIA POWEDER ¾ CUP
- VANILLA EXTRACT 1 TEASPOON
- SALT FEW DASHES
Now you have all your ingredients...
Preheat the oven to 162°C / 325°F
Blend all the ingredients in a blender or similar.
In a 6 inch pie pan, cover with baking/oven paper so it doesn't stick.
Add all the mixture into the mould and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
After that time, drop the temperature down to 93°C / 200°F and leave for 1 hour.
Leave to cool and top it with fat free whipping cream or protein frosting and strawberries and blueberries.
Put in in the fridge over night.
